CIAO TRAPEZIO RED!

Y ustedes? alguna vez visitaron Torino? o Italia? Cuéntenme sus experiencias en un comentario!

It is time to reveal my current temporary whereabouts... However, if you read the title then you should have at least a feeling of where it might be.

I´m in Italy! :)

Specifically in the city of Turin, which is located in the northwest of this country... I arrived last Wednesday after 15 hours of travel, which was quite a ride. And plus the fact that its 5 hours + here than at home i felt like the trip had been even longer... Both my body and head were quite confused! So anyways... here i am! For the next weeks expect to see me posting from here. I hope you enjoy my outfits as well as what i´ll be showing and telling you about this beautiful city that´s already got me under its spell!

Contrary to popular beliefs, the Italian language is almost nothing like Spanish. There is a clear similarity in terms of the intonation and the melody of the languages, but besides that they´re very different... So much so that some of the people i work with prefer to talk to me in english than trying to understand my spanish... sigh. Thanks to google, youtube and gestures, i get by. We´ll see if in time i get to master the language!

For this outfit I am -yet again- using something that belonged to Vieji, my awesome grandmother. This was actually a skirt but years ago i cut two holes on the sides and transformed it into a vest... but i had never worn it up until now. I was lucky  to find it at home while i was tidying up my closet and I decided to bring it here. It´s trapezium-like shape helps to create a look that´s both sophisticated and comfortable.

And you... Have you ever visited Turin? Or Italy? Please share your experiences with a comment!

Y ustedes… De qué forma aprovechan su tiempo?

Hi Everyone!
How is this Monday treating you? I hope your week starts wonderfully!
As to me, after 10 days of being at home in Buenos Aires, it´s time to go away once more. My future destination will remain a secret for a few days… I’ll let you know where I am soon enough. :)
I think I have never used my time as wisely as I did on this visit. I took advantage of every second I had to see lots of people that I love and missed a lot. Some of those meetings were more obvious, but some other ones were nice surprises. I got tired of eating empanadas, veggie pies and pizza…

I´m leaving with my heart filled with great times spent together.

If you follow  me on Twitter you might have seen my new look. Otherwise you´ll see it very soon!
I also want to thank Jaz for dedicating part of her time to take these pictures. I think they look special and different. I hope you enjoy the light + shadow effects!´

Now i want to know… In which ways do you make the most of your time?

SUNNY PASTELS!

Hi everyone!
Here i am, updating from Buenos Aires!
These last few days have been very intense… Before flying home I was very busy with work and since I got here I have barely stopped. Considering I´ll be here for a few days only, I´m trying to make the most of my time…

These pictures were taken on my last Monday off. We went down to a beach close to Sarasota called Longboat Key Beach, on the west side of Florida. This beach, which looks into the Gulf of Mexico, seemed like a perfect place to spend the day and get some rest. I would´ve loved to stay there for a few days!

I took these pictures for FiledChic, a fashion and lifestyle website, that asked me to be their covergirl for April. Swing by their page to see the picture they selected to represent this month’s theme. Click HERE.
